Machinery Connection will provide shipping quotes due to size, weight or delivery requirements, it may be necessary to send your order in multiple boxes or shipments and/or via freight carrier. Machinery Connection will select the carrier unless otherwise specified during order entry. All orders are FOB shipping point, with shipping charges prepaid and added or collect per customer requirements.
Machinery Connection's Return Policy:
Machinery Connection return policy for new regular products please contact us within 10 days of delivery to inquire authorization for its return. Upon receipt of the returned product, Machinery Connection will issue a full refund on all re-sellable merchandise. Special order products are subject to the original manufacturer’s return policy. The Machinery Connection representative will fax a copy of the RMA, with the return ship-to address, to your attention. Enclose the faxed copy of the RMA in the package and ship it to the designated address.
Damaged Merchandise - UPS Shipments
If a UPS shipment arrives with visible damage, refuse the shipment and call Machinery Connection at 614-464-4376 to request a replacement. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and enter a new order for the merchandise. If a UPS shipment arrives with hidden damage, follow these steps: Inspect the contents to determine the extent of the damage.
Keep the original packaging for the carrier’s inspection. Call Machinery Connection at 614-464-4376. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and enter a new order for the merchandise if required.
Damaged Merchandise - Truck Shipments
If a truck shipment arrives with visible damage, sign the delivery receipt “package received damaged”. Visible damage must be noted at the time of receipt. Inspect the contents to determine any hidden damage. The carrier must be notified of any hidden damage within 10 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging for the carrier’s inspection. Contact the carrier to initiate the claim. Call Machinery Connection at 614-464-4376 if a replacement order is required.
